Very low water pressure in the shower!!! Frustrating check-in experience with poor communication from staff!!! Uncomfortably dated furniture and a strong need for room updates!!!

I had a fantastic time here! The room was clean with a comfy bed, and I really enjoyed relaxing by the spacious outdoor pool and cozy fire pit in the evenings. Just a heads up, the bathroom fixtures felt a bit dated, but it didn't take away from my overall great experience. 😊

Comfortable stay with modern amenities
I enjoyed a recent stay in a Queen Room where I found the bed incredibly comfortable, and the room was well-equipped with a fridge and Keurig coffee maker, providing great convenience. The staff were helpful and accommodating when my flight was unexpectedly canceled, allowing me to use their phone and offering a later check-out time. However, I noticed that the floors could have benefited from a more thorough cleaning as they seemed dusty after walking around barefoot.

my stay exceeded expectations compared to a previous visit in santa rosa. the room was clean and the king bed was incredibly comfortable, making it a restful place to recover after cycling. i really appreciated the modern amenities like the fridge and keurig for coffee.

Just a solid selection for a couple of nights in Santa Rosa with incredible value for money. It was surprisingly quiet considering the busy street outside. Make sure to ask for hand soap if it's missing in your room.

Had a comfy king bed and a nice selection of pillows, plus essential snacks like breakfast bars and fresh fruit were waiting in the room. The Wi-Fi was surprisingly strong, way better than what I experienced at Hilton last month.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but still reasonable given the quality.

We enjoyed our stay with our precious dog. The hotel was clean and cozy, and we appreciated the kitchenette. A highlight was visiting the beautiful Luther Burbank House and Gardens nearby, making our time in Santa Rosa fantastic!
